Mirai AI provides AI-powered voice agent services for customer support automation. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. User Responsibilities
You must provide accurate account information, maintain the security of your credentials, and not engage in activities that violate laws, infringe on rights, or interfere with the service. Prohibited activities include spam, unauthorized access attempts, and malicious use.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials provided through the service are owned by Mirai AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your submitted content but grant us a license to use it for providing the service.
5. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mirai AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
